High School Improv
The Roving Imp can take anyone age 13 to 18 and transform them into a master of the stage. Classes teach better acting through improv, and better improv through acting. Students also get past fears of speaking in front of an audience, how to work well in teams, and learn quick "on your feet" thinking.
The classes are free for everyone - just one 90 minute rehearsal a week, and a performance one Saturday a month for your friends and family. The rehearsal happens at a time when you and your teammates are available.Still need convincing? Students in the improv classes get free admission to any Saturday Roving Imp production! Adult Improv Classes - Now Free!
Here's the chance for anyone age 18 and up to learn how improv works, at any skill level from beginner to advanced. You can also get past fears of speaking in front of an audience, learn how to work better in teams, and learn quick "on your feet" thinking.
Classes are Saturdays from 1:30 to 4:00pm. You'll learn all the skills necessary to be a better improv actor, skills which are easily transferable to your professional life as well as to musicals and plays.Performances will take place once per month (but not before you're ready!).
Tuition
for these adult improv classes is normally $100 per month, but you get
a reduction in tuition for each person you bring to your monthly show.
Depending on class enrollment, you could qualify for free tuition by
bringing as few as six people to see you show off your new skills!
